The job predominantly involves outdoor work, requiring applicants to be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with an unblemished driving record.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, complemented by experience in manual labor, repair, and maintenance within construction. Familiarity with operating power tools and heavy equipment is advantageous, although a combination of relevant experience and training that fulfills the job requirements is acceptable.
Candidates should have the capability to handle both small and large power tools, as well as motorized equipment, to execute basic labor tasks safely. Competence in adhering to instructions to complete simple work assignments is necessary, along with an understanding of workplace hazards and safety practices.
